ESMA has released its Final Report on transparency and enhanced liquidity assessments in equIty markets.   Here is what you need to know about it:   👉  Market capitalization has replaced the free-float in determining liquidity. Instruments like shares will now be assessed for liquidity based on market capitalization thresholds (e.g., EUR 100,000,000).   👉 Trading venues are required to provide more precise and timely trade data. This ensures that market participants can access accurate information in real time, promoting fairness and transparency.   👉 Improved transparency in post-trade reporting ensures more detailed and timely data. We would like to invite you to join the celebration! The Eurosystem has announced the successful conclusion of a series of tests employing distributed ledger technology (DLT) for wholesale DVP settlement in central bank money. And the great news does not end here. Axiology team was one of the participants who successfully completed the testing of the primary distribution, coupon payments, and redemption on maturity bonds (e.g. government debt securities or corporate debt securities). The testing was done using the Deutsche Bundesbank’s Trigger Solution. "This experiment has confirmed what we’ve long believed: Axiology’s system is fully equipped to manage the entire lifecycle of bonds, with the speed and reliability that modern markets demand," says Marius Jurgilas, CEO and co-founder of Axiology.
