Living in co-living spaces helps combat the record-high loneliness among young people in Lithuania, experts say. We see that our Youston Apartments are particularly popular among young people: half of our residents are under 35. "While we can sense it intuitively, research confirms that living in a community and sharing common spaces contributes to young people's emotional well-being and reduces feelings of loneliness," says psychologist and psychotherapist Irma Skruibienė, who specializes in environmental psychology. It is important for us to be part of the solution.

Our Youston co-living spaces in Vilnius are always fully booked with talented students and young professionals from across Europe and beyond. More and more bright minds are choosing Lithuania, yet the city faces a critical shortage of rental housing—especially modern, centrally located spaces that offer shared leisure and social areas where friendships can flourish. If we want to continue attracting young and bright minds to Lithuania, more co-living is the answer, says Ugnius Latvys, CEO of KAITA Group 👇

For years, we admired Western Europe: its wages, social guarantees, and quality of life, wondering when we’d catch up. But in many ways, we already have. In some areas, we’re even ahead. One thing we shouldn’t envy? Housing affordability. In cities like London, Paris, and Berlin, homeownership is out of reach for many. How does that impact the quality of life, and what can we do to avoid the same fate? Full article by the CEO of KAITA Group Ugnius Latvys - below 👇🏻

Thank you for choosing a healthy future with KAITA! Your interest in November has placed us among the top ten developers selling the most apartments in the capital. From the very first step, we thoughtfully design each project for a unique individual—to support a long, happy, and healthy life. It’s truly rewarding to see you embracing all four home concepts we are currently developing. In November, most of you chose the already completed Haivo project, located just steps away from the Old Town, as well as Off!, inviting you to enjoy long summer evenings on a lush rooftop terrace in Naujamiestis. New homeowners also eagerly selected Moods, homes designed with neuroscience principles for a long and healthy life, and Newton, a modern skyscraper rising on the hills of Viršuliškės. If you haven’t had the chance to explore yet, don’t wait—discover your healthy home today! Learn more -> kaitagroup.com

As society evolves, so does our perspective on various aspects of life—ranging from investment strategies to lifestyle choices and living environments. Coliving projects are emerging as a modern solution to big-city challenges, offering opportunities for community-focused and affordable living in central urban areas. These projects address the loneliness epidemic, alleviate housing crises, and promote active, healthy lifestyles in metropolitan hubs like London. It's no surprise that coliving is increasingly capturing the interest of investors. This trend was highlighted on Delfi TV by Dalius Kaveckas Board Member and CFO of KAITA Group. According to him, there is a growing interest from major investors in coliving projects across the Western world. D. Kaveckas emphasized that KAITA Group has extensive experience in developing coliving projects, not only in Lithuania but also in Central Europe and London. Looking ahead, the company aims to explore ways to engage smaller investors and provide them with opportunities to participate in the development of coliving projects.
