ScaffChamp 2025 FAQ for Teams: ScaffChamp powered by Layher is an international scaffolding competition bringing together professionals from the industry to showcase skills, safety, and teamwork. The event will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania, on June 6-7, 2025. Who can participate? Teams from companies in the scaffolding industry, including contractors, manufacturers, and related fields, are welcome. Each team must consist of 6 members: one team captain, responsible for communication and management, and five additional members actively involved in scaffolding tasks. Participants must be at least 18 years old and have prior experience or qualifications in scaffolding to ensure safety and compliance. Registration is open to only 20 teams and will be approved manually. Approved teams will be contacted via email, and the process can take up to 20 working days. The competition focuses on assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures based on detailed drawings and risk assembly plans provided on the day. Judging prioritizes safety, accuracy, and compliance with standards over speed. Teams are required to bring their own PPE, including helmets, harnesses, gloves, and safety boots. Travel and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of the teams, with detailed logistical information shared upon approval. 2024 Champions Are Here! N-Project from Poland After a stunning performance, N-Project has claimed the championship title at ScaffChamp powered by Layher in 2024! 🏆🇵🇱 Their journey to the top is nothing short of inspiring. In 2023, they narrowly missed the podium, finishing 4th, just seconds away from 3rd place. But instead of looking back, they used that as motivation to improve, train harder, and return stronger. And return they did—dominating the competition with precision, teamwork, and an unrelenting commitment to excellence. Will they defend their title in 2025? Time will tell, but one thing is certain—they’ve set the bar incredibly high.

14 years ago I started working at Layher Baltic, UAB, and 8 years ago we created the Baltic Scaffolders Association! There were many reasons why we decided to create a professional association of scaffolders. First of all, we wanted to improve the safety of working at height. The strongest words of gratitude go to Valstybinė darbo inspekcija prie Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijos - we worked together and made significant progress together. In the second place was the issue of prestige of the profession and advertising our business among young people. As one of the ways to achieve this goal, the idea of the ScaffChamp powered by Layher . On 6-7 June 2025, the fifth such championship will be held. Never focus only on money, look wider, do something for the society and professional community and then you will be congratulated in Linkedin on the anniversary of your work!!!!
