𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒕 𝑪𝑺𝑴 𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 We are happy to share that - through our 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (YTP) - we recently welcomed three young professionals to our Sales team in Germany: Nicole Jänsch (Master Pastry Chef), Paul Helmke (Master Baker) and Nico Roßbach-Pfannebecker (trained baker and food technologist). The YTP in Austria and Germany is a key part of our talent attraction strategy, as it allows us not only to adapt to dynamic market conditions but also to ensure we keep on leveraging #diversity and #inclusion as key pillars for future growth.
