EY Law Luxembourg has advised the ARHS Group on its conditional sale to Accenture (NYSE: ACN). As part of the transaction Accenture will acquire the shares held by the historic shareholders and MML Capital Partners. Founded in 2003 the ARHS Group has grown as the leader service provider in Europe’s public sector market with more than 300 M EUR turnover and a team of more than 2,500 people across Luxembourg, Belgium, and Greece primarily. The EY Law team was led by Partner Stephen d'Errico and Counsel Fernando Lorendeau and included Senior Associate Nabila Rammal.
