#JDNproject • France is getting ready to install its first commercial-scale floating wind farms by creating an offshore power grid. We have been awarded a frame agreement by Réseau de Transport d'Électricité for the supply and installation of three export cables for two of these floating windfarms off the Southern Brittany coast in France. In partnership with Hellenic Cables we will install and supply three submarine cables of 50 kilometres each to bring the green energy ashore. #JDNproject • Highest construction point reached! In Mechelen (Belgium), we are transforming the old industrial Inofer site to a sustainable living and working environment: MALT. In the presence of Mechelen Mayor Bart Somers, we symbolically planted a Christmas tree to celebrate the highest point of the construction works. After the winter construction leave, works will continue. • Codic, Stad Mechelen #MALT #Mechelen #Construction #SustainableLiving

#JDNproject • Mission accomplished! Our dredging vessel J.F.J. De Nul has successfully completed its scope of work in Port Hedland, Australia, for the Pilbara Ports Authority and has now departed. Since the project began in September, our team has created a deeper access channel, dredged two berth pockets and deepened a swing basin in the Port. We dredged up to one million cubic metres and pumped it via a floating pipeline into the designated land reclamation area, in accordance with the approved Environmental Management Plan. While the majority of the work has been completed, our personnel will remain on-site until the end of January. • #proudtobeJDN #dredging #PortHedland #Australia

#JDNproject • A big milestone for the Scheldt Tunnel in Antwerp: we are pumping in 150,000 m³ of water from the river Scheldt to submerge the first section of the tunnel. Our next step is to remove the old Scheldt dyke. This way, we’ll create more space for the river, resulting in a 24-hectare natural floodplain near the city. Further inland, we build a higher Scheldt dyke to enhance flood protection. • #smoothmobility #floodprotection #oosterweel #scheldetunnel #antwerp Together with our client Lantis and our partners from TM COTU: BESIX, DEME Group and STADSBADER CONTRACTORS NV

#DNAdenul • We are proud of our colleagues. Not only for what they do on a daily base at work, but mostly for who they really are. The past week they showed how how big their hearts are: 💪Almost 100 colleagues came to give blood during a Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen collection at our office in Aalst. A small gesture with a big impact. 💪75 colleagues and their families planted 2,000 trees for the first ever Jan De Nul forest in Belgium. Thanks to our partner Out of Use nv, who responsibly recycles our old IT equipment, we’re turning the proceeds into something impactful: a forest, in collaboration with Natuurpunt. A big shout-out to all of them! • #jandenul #proudtobejandenul
