On the occasion of the Città Impresa Festival in Bergamo, where Patrizia Micucci, Founder and Senior Partner of NB Aurora, will participate this afternoon in the debate "Can Italian Manufacturing Remain Competitive in the New Global Scenario?" made an appeal to the government to establish a "technical task force" aimed at addressing the real needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Made in Italy. A crucial issue is the shortage of capital, which hampers their growth. Micucci also called on the government and institutions to launch initiatives to elevate the social perception of artisan professions, which are essential to the Made in Italy brand but are in sharp decline, to make them more attractive to young people. We are pleased to announce that NB Aurora sold its entire stake in Veneta Cucine S.p.A, Italian leader in the production and sale of Italian-made kitchens, to the majority shareholder and to Veneta Cucine S.p.A. itself. During Aurora investment period, Veneta Cucine achieved a significant growth, reaching a turnover 2023 of approximately €375 million (vs. around €218 million at the time of the investment), a network of 350 mono-brand stores, with 220 in Italy and 130 abroad, as well as approximately over 700 additional shops in Italy and worldwide. https://lnkd.in/dcPknbQF #NBAurora #investments #VenetaCucine

We are thrilled to announce that Aurora has invested, including its co-investment funds, additional EUR 15 million into its portfolio company PHSE. The first step of this further growth includes the acquisition, announced today by PHSE, of Moving Forward International GmbH, a German company specialized in the forwarding for the pharmaceutical sector, with a strong focus on the radiopharmaceutical segment, the latest frontier in oncological therapies. Patrizia Micucci, Founder and Senior Partner of Aurora, commented: “We are extremely pleased to have strengthened our commitment alongside PHSE and its management team, supporting them in the realisation of this important strategic acquisition on the German market. The Board of Directors of NB Aurora approves the semi-annual financial report as of June 30, 2024 NAV amounts to approximately EUR 330.4 million, corresponding to EUR 13.4573 per share, +1.1% compared to the pro-forma data as of March 31, 2024, after the distribution of ordinary and extraordinary dividends in May 2024, bringing the total dividend paid since the IPO to c.EUR 70.5 million, equivalent to c.30% of the capital raised. During the first half of 2024, realized two divestments (and reinvestment) from Dierre Group and Club Del Sole, which respectively generated a capital gain.
