As Vice President HR – Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering, and Labor Relations EMEA at Trane Technologies, Sonja brings extensive expertise in HR leadership and European Works Council management. She leads the HR organisation supporting Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering and Labor relations for the EMEA region. In this role, she has the responsibility for end-to-end HR function, including full employee life cycle from strategic to day-to-day HR activities, as well as the responsibility for managing the Trane Technologies long standing European Works Council. Tanja is also the co-founder of an informal HR network that offers benchmarking opportunities and insights into EU developments on European social issues, providing HR professionals with valuable resources for navigating EWC complexities.
