I'm excited to share my insights from our three-day global HR conference. 🌍🌟 Over 80 people from different countries and regions attended this inspiring event. Our speakers, moderators and helpers did a great job! 💪 🏅 This year we themed the conference "The Olympics" and everything revolved around this concept. The Olympic fire was lit by our CEO Matthias Lapp. It's fascinating to see how the Olympic values align with People & Culture: 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Achieving outstanding performance by realising potential in all HR disciplines. 🌟🎯 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭: Creating a culture of fairness, recognition and appreciation. 🤝💖 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭: Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment across boundaries in the spirit of ONE LAPP. 🤗 🙌 We also discussed the following: 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Goals and initiatives for the next fiscal year in line with the overall strategy.
