A major milestone for Vastint Latvia – the Topping Out Ceremony for the third phase of Magdelēnas kvartāls, held on September 5. The new building at 4C Strelnieku Street, set for completion in fall 2025, will offer 57 modern rental homes and two commercial spaces, continuing the development of Magdelēnas kvartāls since 2015. Constructed with reinforced concrete and high-efficiency materials, the building will achieve an A-level energy-efficiency rating, consuming just 38 kWh/m² per year for heating. It will also be LEED certified, feature advanced safety and ventilation systems, and offer excellent soundproofing. Exciting news for Vastint Latvia! We are excited to announce that Atea Global Services Ltd. has become the anchor tenant of the first office building in Magdelēnas kvartāls. Atea will lease the entire available office space at 17 Antonijas Street, making it the largest office tenant in the quarter. With the building's completion set for early next year, over 550 Atea Global Services employees will move into the state-of-the-art office space in Riga’s Quiet Centre by next spring. One step closer! Yesterday, we presented the Ezerparks development plan at a public discussion meeting by the City Development Committee of the Riga City Council. Ezerparks is a 19-hectare property, where it is planned to develop a modern residential quarter with about 1,800 #apartments and a 33,400-square-metre #office complex, as well as a three-hectare publicly accessible park-like area with convenient infrastructure and high-quality amenities - cycle paths, children's playgrounds and sports grounds, picnic and recreation areas. The development program of the project is planned to be implemented in several phases, taking into account the socio-economic development trends, but with a timeframe of ten years. The project will provide new homes for around 4 000 inhabitants in apartment blocks. The City Development Department of the Riga City Municipality has approved the construction project in its minimum composition and issued a construction permit for the concluding phases in the Magdelena quarter.
