Happy to share that I was invited to the Al Aoula (1st Official National TV) show "100% Raqmi » (100% digital) to talk about tech talents and how ALX is changing the tech landscape in Morocco. I must say, when I was recruited back then to launch ALX in Morocco, I didn't imagine we'd have this impact in less than 2 years. Therefore, I'd like to show my appreciation to the people who made this journey unforgettable so far: Pepe CARRILLO the rockstar for recruiting me and coached me the first few weeks to perform best in a super-super fast paced company that is ALX. Mohamed Abd EL-Moniem the cerebral for being my first General Manager with whom I grew into the role by showed me new perspectives of work that allowed me to grow as a person too. Otman Harrak my current General Manager, and most importantly, an amazing leader who's my mentor and very dear friend who undeniably took ALX to a whole other level here in Morocco that I wasn't even thinking of. and of course our dear ALX Morocco team, Kenza TAZI who Was my partner in crime when ALX was at its very beginning, Ghita Boumahdi my Marketing right arm who's doing wonders and I'm super proud of her growth, Meryem Lahrichi and her superstar team and who is our kind Learning experience specialist who's behind the most amazing learning events in the country, and Lotf Belych who kicked off ALX Ventures here in Morocco and is enabling amazing opportunities for young entrepreneurs. Special thanks also to WBC - Digital Agency our tremendous digital partner led by mister Smael Sebti. We only go as far as our leaders allow us to go, so thank you Fred Swaniker for setting a tremendous and one of a kind culture that is allowing individuals to thrive and beyond. I've been in many companies, but the way this company is really allowing people to thrive is special. And I'll end this by quoting Pepe CARRILLO who told me when I just joined: "We don't fix all the plane and then let it fly, we allow it to fly and in the process if something happens in the sky, we fix it in the sky." And quoting Fred who always tells us: "Don't ask for permission, ask for forgiveness." And this, ladies and gentlemen, is what makes ALX special and makes it move 200 miles per hour.
