Updates

  • Hello, my dear readers. I hope you're in a cheerful pre-New Year mood. And if not, pour yourself a cup of coffee and sit by the fireplace. No fireplace? Then come to us! It so happened that we ended up with quite a cold room. Last winter, we barely managed to survive the chill, and this winter I decided to take heating the production space seriously. Unexpectedly, I discovered the potential within myself and my team for developing heating stoves. In short, making a "burzhuika" (a simple stove) wasn't interesting to us, so we instinctively began working on a gasifier (pyrolysis) stove. When we first started it up, we were pleasantly surprised by its efficiency and heat output. Right now, we're making the final adjustments and planning to bring the modified and refined design into production. The priority is versatility (the ability to use it as an air heating boiler, water heating boiler, autonomous power source with a steam turbine or external combustion engine, and maybe even more) and omnivorousness (the stove currently works perfectly on wood, chipboard, fiberboard, OSB, PET plastic, and may even work on tires and waste oil). Next year, we will be ready to sell these stoves, so stay tuned for updates. Best regards, Iaroslav Burcov

  • Hello, my dear followers! There are more and more of you, and we are completing more and more projects. Today, we finished working on the prototype of an exciting device capable of translating human speech into dozens of languages. For example, the first user speaks in English, and the second user hears the speech in Chinese. And vice versa! This translation device is planned to be used in airports, and we are preparing for its mass production! With respect to all readers, Iaroslav Burcov.

  • We are permanently continuing work on the railway drone I mentioned earlier (https://lnkd.in/eyjn7CeQ). It’s important not only to make the transport move but also to brake, especially when it weighs a quarter of a ton. As is known, braking on electric locomotives is done by short-circuiting the windings of the traction motors. This same principle has been implemented in our design. https://lnkd.in/eBwuYxqY

  • Our new development: an electronic kiln control unit for glass sintering. It allows you to monitor and manage the temperature in different sections of the kiln, as well as set heating and cooling times. If you’re interested in similar devices customized to your needs, please contact me, even if you’re on the other side of the planet. We ship equipment worldwide!

I'm looking for like-minded individuals and investors for scientific research and experimental design work in the field of electric vehicles. Priority research areas include: 1. Reducing the production cost of electric motors through simplifying the winding process. 2. Decreasing the weight of electric motors to enhance the efficiency of urban electric transport on independent wheel motors. 3. Manufacturing of a commutator brushless electric motor to simplify speed and torque control. 4. Creating a motor with adjustable strength (electrically or mechanically) of the rotor's magnetic field to increase efficiency in low-efficiency areas (during startup and at maximum speeds).

  • Let me introduce you to our long-term project: the railway drone defectoscope. This device is used to assess the condition of railway tracks over significant distances from railway stations. It's an electric vehicle with independent motor-wheels. We are considering a gasoline-electric hybrid option, but the team has not yet reached a consensus on this. The project is divided into two stages: creating a scaled-down model for functionality and concept verification (fan-video here: https://lnkd.in/en5t7H2t), and developing a full-size prototype (3D model and photos below, assembly in progress). In addition to obvious functions such as full autonomy for 1-2 working days, manual control capability by an operator, sending video/photo data to the server and operator in real-time, evaluating rail angle and distance, assessing vibration levels, and geolocation tagging, we also plan to implement several less obvious yet impactful features: using BLDC motors with toroidal winding (to reduce motor-wheel production costs), ultrasonic rail scanning (to diagnose internal damages invisible to the naked eye), and electronic differential (to minimize wear on the railway track, especially for heavy constructions that we will develop later). Our team is ready to design and manufacture any electric transport you desire! Sincerely, Iaroslav Burkov.
