Henry Methuen Noel Noel was born on 9 April 1927.1 He was the son of Commander Montague Wriothesley Noel and Christabel Florence Arthur Startin.2 He married Helen Elizabeth Anne Hutchison, daughter of Sir William Oliphant Hutchison and Margery Walton, on 14 September 1963.1 He died on 3 May 1998 at age 71.1
