     Lady Margaret Anne de Burgh was born circa 1831 at London, England^G.² She was the daughter of Sir Ulick John de Burgh, 1st Marquess of Clanricarde and Hon. Harriet Canning.¹ She married Wentworth Blackett Beaumont, 1st Baron Allendale, son of Thomas Wentworth Beaumont and Henrietta Jane Emma Hawks Atkinson, on 6 March 1856.¹ She died on 31 March 1888.¹ She was buried on 5 April 1888 at Bretton Park, Yorkshire, England^G.¹
     Her married name became Beaumont.

     Edith Althea Hamilton was born in 1849 at Clifton, Bristol, England.³ She was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Henry Meade Hamilton and Henrietta Mary Borrowes.¹ She married, firstly, Maj.-Gen. Sir George Pomeroy-Colley, son of Commander Hon. George Francis Pomeroy Colley and Frances Trench, on 14 March 1878.¹ She married, secondly, Wentworth Blackett Beaumont, 1st Baron Allendale, son of Thomas Wentworth Beaumont and Henrietta Jane Emma Hawks Atkinson, on 17 February 1891 at St. Paul's, Knightsbridge, London, England^G.¹ She died on 19 May 1927 at 32 Queen Anne's Gate, Westminster, London, England^G.¹
     From 14 March 1878, her married name became Pomeroy Colley. From 8 May 1880, her married name became Pomeroy-Colley. From 17 February 1891, her married name became Beaumont. After her marriage, Edith Althea Hamilton was styled as Baroness Allendale on 20 July 1906.

     Maj.-Gen. Sir George Pomeroy-Colley was born on 1 November 1835.² He was the son of Commander Hon. George Francis Pomeroy Colley and Frances Trench.³ He married Edith Althea Hamilton, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Henry Meade Hamilton and Henrietta Mary Borrowes, on 14 March 1878.¹ He died on 27 February 1881 at age 45 at Majuba, Natal, South Africa^G, killed in action.
     He was given the name of George Pomeroy Colley at birth.² He gained the rank of Kaffir War between 1858 and 1860.² He fought in the China Campaign in 1860.² He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)⁴ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)⁴ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Star of India (K.C.S.I.)¹ On 8 May 1880 his name was legally changed to George Pomeroy-Colley by Royal Licence.² He fought in the Battle of Majuba on 27 February 1881.

     Lt.-Gen. Henry Meade Hamilton was born circa 1821 at Ireland.³ He was the son of John Hamilton.³ He married Henrietta Mary Borrowes, daughter of Reverend Sir Erasmus Borrowes, 8th Bt. and Harriet Hamilton, on 5 June 1845 at Clifton, Bristol, England.³ He died on 14 July 1895.³
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-COlonel in the 2/12 Regiment.³ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)²

     Lady Rachel Cavendish was the daughter of William Cavendish, 3rd Duke of Devonshire and Catherine Hoskins.^1,2 She married Horatio Walpole, 1st Earl of Orford, son of Horatio Walpole, 1st Baron Walpole of Wolterton and Mary Magdalen Lombard, on 12 May 1748.³ She died on 8 May 1805.¹
     Her married name became Walpole. After her marriage, Lady Rachel Cavendish was styled as Baroness Walpole of Wolterton on 5 February 1757.

     Horatio Walpole, 2nd Earl of Orford was born on 24 June 1752.¹ He was the son of Horatio Walpole, 1st Earl of Orford and Lady Rachel Cavendish.¹ He married, firstly, Sophia Churchill, daughter of Colonel Charles Churchill and Lady Maria Walpole, on 27 July 1781.¹ He married, secondly, Catherine Tunstall, daughter of Rev. Dr. James Tunstall, on 28 July 1806.¹ He died on 15 June 1822 at age 69.²
     He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Orford [U.K., 1806] on 24 February 1809.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baron Walpole of Walpole, co. Norfolk [G.B., 1723] on 24 February 1809.² He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Walpole of Wolterton, co. Norfolk [G.B., 1756] on 24 February 1809.²

     Sophia Churchill was the daughter of Colonel Charles Churchill and Lady Maria Walpole.^1,2 She married Horatio Walpole, 2nd Earl of Orford, son of Horatio Walpole, 1st Earl of Orford and Lady Rachel Cavendish, on 27 July 1781.¹ She died on 9 November 1797.^1,2
     Her married name became Walpole.

     Thomas Bourdillon was born in 1806 at Fenstanton, Huntingdonshire, England.¹ He married Selina Carbonell, daughter of John Carbonell and Charlotte Backford Hay, on 17 October 1871 at Parish Church, Barham, Kent, England.¹
     He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn entitled to practise as a barrister-at-law.¹

     Catherine Tunstall was the daughter of Rev. Dr. James Tunstall.² She married, firstly, Reverend Edward Chamberlayne before 1806.¹ She married, secondly, Horatio Walpole, 2nd Earl of Orford, son of Horatio Walpole, 1st Earl of Orford and Lady Rachel Cavendish, on 28 July 1806.¹ She died in 1807.³
     From before 1806, her married name became Chamberlayne.¹ Her married name became Walpole.

     Horatio Walpole, 1st Baron Walpole of Wolterton was born on 8 December 1678.² He was the son of Robert Walpole and Mary Burwell.² He married Mary Magdalen Lombard, daughter of Peter Lombard, on 21 July 1720.³ He died on 5 February 1757 at age 78.³
