Hon. Joseph Henderson Singer, on 7 November 1882.1 He married, secondly, Helen Maude Woodman, daughter of Frederick Woodman and Alice Emily Cowie, on 15 November 1898.1 He died on 25 September 1905 at age 62.1

     Admiral Sir Morgan Singer was born on 13 December 1864.2 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Morgan Singer and Frances Crofton Burn. He married Emily Mary Morgan Desborough, daughter of Major-Gen. John Desborough and Eliza Mary Maitland, in 1899.3 He died on 27 April 1938 at age 73 at Winchester, Hampshire, England.2
     He was commissioned, in the service of the Royal Navy.2 He was Director of Naval Ordnance between August 1914 and March 1917.2 He fought in the First World War.2 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1919.2 He was Commander-in-Chief of the America and West Indies Station in February 1919.2 He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in February 1919.2 He gained the rank of Admiral in 1924.2
