Sir Grismond Picton Philipps, son of Major Sir Grismond Picton Philipps, on 4 October 1925.¹ She and Lt.-Col. Sir Grismond Picton Philipps were divorced in 1949.¹ She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. William Wallace Smith Cuninghame, 16th of Caprington, son of Lt.-Col. John Anstruther Smith Cuninghame, 15th of Caprington and Violet Mary Slade, on 6 October 1949.²
     Lady Marjorie Joan Mary Wentworth-Fitzwilliam usually went by her middle name of Joan.¹ From 4 October 1925, her married name became Philipps. From 6 October 1949, her married name became Smith Cuninghame.

     Captain Hon. Thomas Lister was born on 2 May 1878.¹ He was the son of Thomas Lister, 4th Baron Ribblesdale and Charlotte Monkton Tennant.¹ He died on 10 January 1904 at age 25 at Jidballi, Somaliland^G, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 10th Hussars.¹ He fought in the Somaliland Campaign between 1903 and 1904.¹

     Hon. Barbara Lister was born on 30 May 1880.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Lister, 4th Baron Ribblesdale and Charlotte Monkton Tennant.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Sir Mathew Richard Henry Wilson, 4th Bt., son of Sir Mathew Amcotts Wilson, 3rd Bt. and Georgina Mary Lee, on 7 September 1905.¹ She died on 22 December 1943 at age 63.²
     Her married name became Wilson.

     Lt.-Col. Sir Mathew Richard Henry Wilson, 4th Bt. was born on 25 August 1875.² He was the son of Sir Mathew Amcotts Wilson, 3rd Bt. and Georgina Mary Lee.³ He married Hon. Barbara Lister, daughter of Thomas Lister, 4th Baron Ribblesdale and Charlotte Monkton Tennant, on 7 September 1905.¹ He died on 17 May 1958 at age 82.²
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.² He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the West Riding, Yorkshire.² He gained the rank of Major in the Hussars War.² He was appointed Companion, Order of the Star of India (C.S.I.) in 1911.² He fought in the First World War.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for South-West Bethnal Green between 1914 and 1922.² He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Wilson, of Eshton Hall, co. York [U.K., 1874] on 18 January 1914.² He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1918.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 1st County of London Yeomanry (Middlesex Hussars.)²
