Sir Eric Clare Edmund Phipps and Frances Ward, on 6 August 1940.1 She married, secondly, Sir FitzRoy Hew Maclean of Dunconnel, 1st Bt., son of Major Charles Wilberforce Maclean and Gladys Frances Elaine Royle, on 12 January 1946.1 She died on 7 January 2005 at Strachur House.2
     From 6 August 1940, her married name became Phipps. From 12 January 1946, her married name became Maclean.1

Laura Lister, on 6 August 1940.1 He died on 16 November 1943 at age 28 at Leros, GreeceG, killed in action.1
     He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.1
