Sir Edward Henry Goschen, 2nd Bt. was born on 9 March 1876.2 He was the son of Sir William Edward Goschen, 1st Bt. and Harriet Hosta Clarke.2 He married Mary Danneskjold-Samsöe, daughter of Count Christian Frederick Danneskjold-Samsöe, on 31 July 1908.2 He died on 7 August 1933 at age 57.2
He was Controller of the Secretariat, Egyptian Ministry of Finance.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Goschen, of Beacon Lodge, Southampton [U.K., 1916] on 20 May 1924.2
