In early December, 80s rockers Guns N’ Roses announced they would be heading on tour next year with only two stops in the UK.
This tour marks the first time since 2022 that the group is playing a non-festival gig in England — their We’re F’N’ Back! Tour saw two nights in Tottenham.
Two years ago, the music icons headlined Glastonbury Festival, before playing Hyde Park’s BST days later.
Guns N’ Roses’ trend of only playing a handful of UK gigs continues as fans will have the opportunity to see them in Birmingham and London only, while there are 24 dates on their European leg next year.
The 2025 tour will kick off in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on May 23, 2025, before travelling through Turkey, Spain, Italy and Germany.
It then lands in the UK on Monday, June 23 for a gig at Birmingham’s Villa Park stadium.
On Thursday, June 26, the band will head to Wembley Stadium, in London, for one night only.
Tickets went on sale on December 13 ahead of their UK performances next summer – and, luckily, there are still tickets up for grabs.
Almost every section still has seats available, including both stadiums’ premium Gold Circle VIP areas and hospitality options for Birmingham.
Prices for tickets begin at around £80 while VIP packages can stretch all the way to £935, which doesn’t include a meet and greet.
The top package means you can chat to a crew member about the show’s construction as well as taking a picture on stage before the gig with the band’s instruments.
Flocking to Twitter, excited music fans shared their delight at the prospect of seeing their favourite band in the flesh.
Skorge tweeted: ‘Now I’ve booked the tickets, it feels surreal to say I’ll actually be attending a live #GunsNRoses concert.
‘Bonus: I’ll also be supporting the mighty Aston Villa, as the gig will help massively with generated revenue for FFP. One off the bucket list.’
Cody penned: ‘My dad got me tickets to see guns n roses at villa park in June omg let’s go [sic].’
Gabs celebrated: ‘Guns N’ Roses tickets are secured and I couldn’t be happier!! I can’t wait.’
Robyn penned: ‘Guns N’ Roses tickets secured I am so excited!!!!’
