Taking care of our mental health is just as important as caring for our physical health. True well-being comes from being healthy both mentally and physically, and it is essential to prioritise mental health as much as we do our bodies. 3ZERO House Myanmar has been working actively to promote mental health and psychosocial well-being within communities. In honour of World Mental Health Day on October 10, we’re excited to share a video produced in partnership with Doh Eain. 3ZERO House Myanmar organized the 3ZERO HOUSE GLOBAL MEETUP 2 online discussion event on September 12th, in collaboration with 3ZERO Houses in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Tajikistan. This online discussion was attended by young leaders, environmentalists, and youth from various countries interested in Zero Exclusion, Zero Carbon, and Zero Poverty. Guest speakers, active environmental conservationists from the four countries, were invited to share and discuss the challenges they face, their problem-solving strategies, and their experiences. The ceremony began with an engaging showcase of all 12 participating enterprises, with esteemed guests taking a keen interest in each display. The event kicked off with inspiring opening and keynote speeches by representatives from Acted Myanmar and Impact Hub Yangon, followed by a reflective Journey Video that captured the incredible path we’ve taken together in this program. We are thrilled to announce the winners: ⭐ Winner: Shwe Pyoe Eaik – USD 10,000 ⭐ 1st Runner-Up: Joker - Charcoal Substitute Business – USD 8,000 ⭐ 2nd Runner-Up: Handmade by Theint - Recycle Coconut Shell Crafts – USD 6,000 A huge congratulations to our winners! 🎉 🏆 We also extend our best wishes to all participating enterprises, and we look forward to seeing them continue to drive positive social and environmental impact in the future. After months of dedication, hard work, and preparation, our 12 participating enterprises of 3ZERO House Myanmar Accelerator Program took the stage on September 6th, 2024 for the final business competition. 💡 Following extensive training and mentoring sessions, these enterprises delivered powerful and innovative business pitches in front of our esteemed jurors, attending investors, and a highly engaged audience. The potentials of the social and environmental impacts created by the participants were truly inspiring to witness. 🌟 A heartfelt thank you to all our trainers, mentors and judges for their invaluable support throughout the program, as well as our attending guests for their participation. 🏆 The winners will be announced on the second day of the event, with USD 10,000, 8,000, and 6,000 being awarded to the 1st place, 1st runner-up, and 2nd runner-up respectively.
