About us
The eSkills Malta Foundation is a coalition of various representatives from Government, industry and education from Malta with the mandate of contributing towards the increase digital skills. The Foundation was launched in February 2014 by the Hon.Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry for the Economy Industry and Business (MEIB) and the Hon. Minister of Education and Employment.. The Foundation's objectives include the following: - to advise Government and stakeholders on matters related to eSkills policy; - to contribute to the expansion of ICT educational programmes and related formative initiatives; - to lead an ICT professionalism development programme; - to instigate further reform in the ICT educational offerings and contribute to capacity-building in the ICT education community; and - to champion campaigns and promote the Maltese eSkills potential locally and internationally. The foundation brings together Government representatives from Education and MITA together with key entities in investment employment and Industry, including Malta Enterprise, Malta Communications Authority, The Malta Gaming Authority and The Chamber of Commerce.

eSkills Malta Foundation together with Senglea Local Council hosts another successful Coding and Robotics Event! eSkills Malta Foundation together with the Senglea Local Council proudly hosted another inspiring and interactive Coding and Robotics event, drawing together families and young learners in a celebration of innovation and technology. The event saw enthusiastic participation from boys and girls, along with their parents and grandparents, creating a vibrant atmosphere of intergenerational learning and collaboration. Guided by Nathaniel Agius from Nobel Courses, the children had the opportunity to engage in teamwork as they built and programmed their own robotic creations.
