The MMH Academy is proud to announce the completion of its relocation to Malta, where all operations and training will now take place. Based at our dedicated training facility in San Ġwann, and utilising the MMH site in Marsa for certain practical sessions and assessments, the Academy is a centre of excellence for technical training, largely serving the oilfield and marine communities across the Mediterranean region and beyond. The MMH Academy ran 31 CompEX courses throughout 2024, which were attended by 300 candidates circa, as well as multiple courses in the areas and disciplines of Marine Training, Overhead Gantry Crane, Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Offshore Crane Operator Training and Banksman & Slinger. With custom-designed teaching facilities and fully qualified instructors, MMH Academy's world-class training programs are tailored to continue developing a skilled, confident, and highly competent workforce.

MMH also created the MMH Academy in 2015 to provide holistic training solutions to the industry and to deliver a competent workforce, enhancing clients’ operational reputations and commercial bottom lines. Apart from the mandatory industry courses like Well Control, CompEx, Banksman Slinging and Marine Licencing, the Academy can also help companies develop tailor-made courses that suit their specific needs. MMH is creating a network across the Mediterranean to ensure that the same high standards of performance and support can be supplied to clients wherever their Mediterranean operations are located – onshore and offshore.
