About yesterday... The day dedicated to raising awareness on mental health. Psychology in Practice had the pleasure of having candid conversations with Enemed employees about factors that are impoverishing our psychological wellbeing and behaviours that can nourish within us a healthy mind which ultimately enable us to function better in our personal and professional lives. We remarked that retaining mental health is not always easy. Why? Because it comes at a cost. To value and prioritise mental health will likely mean having to give up something else you might also value.
