🌿 Training Day at Le Meridien 🌿 Our Head Of Technical Training and Development, Ashton Fernando, had the privilege of partnering with the Housekeeping department at Le Méridien Ile Maurice, which is operated under license from Marriott International to promote sustainable practices in hospitality. As part of Le Méridien Ile Maurice's efforts to achieve Green Key certification, our training session focused on environmental responsibility, and the practical application of the ECOLAB Sustainable Range. This range includes products such as Oasis Clean 62S, Oasis Pro Glass Cleaner, 14 Plus Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Rilan Clean, and Revitalize Miracle Spotter. My job was to set up eye-catching displays on shelves, with clear prices and promotional signs. After more than 10 years of experience, I felt the urge to delve deeper into this field and Cernol presented me with an exciting opportunity: Supervising the new Cernol Shop in Triolet, which opened last December. this marked the beginning of a fresh new challenge and a great adventure.
