Floreal Tana through #smallactions, but meaningful, have supported 03 entities (HJRA – SMM – Persons otherwise-able) with a total of 💛 107 beneficiaries, who are challenged by health concerns and poverty. #DIVERSITY & #INCLUSION were at the heart of the 3 events; Our Talents gave their time, spread their positive energy and have put their hearts to make the beneficiaries feel included in our society, despite their differences. 🌟 HOPITAL HJRA – 14/11/2024 We humbly donated essentials like diapers, baby milk, soap & cereals. Number of Beneficiaries : 30 persons challenged by cancer – hydrocephalic - Siamese 🌟 SMM (Centre Sourd Muet) – 15/11/2024 We humbly donated stationeries like binders, pencil cases and snacks to deaf students at SSM association. Number of Beneficiaries : 46 amazing students with hearing & speaking challenges. 🌟 Persons Otherwise-Disable – 16/11/2024 We humbly donated basic Essentials like Rice, Soap & Oil to otherwise-able. Our graduates get hands-on experience, top training, and global exposure. Since 2019, the MGP has grown with great partners like ESCAM - École Supérieure de Commerce, des Affaires et du Management, Academy of Design and Innovation (ADI) Mauritius, and the National Institute of Fashion Technology India. This year, we welcomed 19 new students who completed their journey with us and celebrated their graduation with the CIEL Group family. 🚀 We're committed to nurturing young talent. Today, we're excited to share how we’re making a difference: We have implemented several initiatives to ensure inclusivity, such as tactile walkways, wheelchair-accessible ramps, and ergonomic workstations across our factories in Bangladesh and India.
