On 16th December 2024 (Monday), we joined forces with our affiliate, AmanahRaya Investment Management, our parent company Amanah Raya Berhad, and Angkatan Pertahanan Awam, Negeri Kelantan (APM) to mobilize essential relief items for the residents of Tumpat, Kelantan. As part of the 'Amanah Raya Cares' initiative, our dedicated volunteers as well as team APM Tumpat went door-to-door, delivering 300 survival packs to 150 families in need. This impactful initiative underscores our unwavering commitment to supporting communities during times of crisis and highlights the power of collaboration in overcoming adversity. AmanahRaya REIT has delivered strong results for the third quarter of FY2024, with net realised income before taxation surging by 160.5% to RM3.1 million. This significant growth is driven by a 6.3% increase in rental revenue, which reached RM18.8 million, due to an effective asset management and improved occupancy rates. Key highlights include 22.5% improvement in Vista Tower’s occupancy rate, now at 58%, following the addition of six new tenants. Additionally, Selayang Mall continues to perform well with 10 new tenants contributing to an increase in rental income. Looking ahead, AmanahRaya REIT is poised for continued growth, with a strategic focus on expanding its property portfolio and driving higher occupancy across its assets.
