Their objective was to assess the investment potential of this industry. 💰📈 Furthermore, we presented our long-term vision of transforming FTJ into a renewable energy hub encompassing biomass, biogas, and solar power. This concept garnered their attention due to the substantial future potential for FTJ to become a comprehensive center for all renewable energy sources, excluding hydropower. 💡☀️🌱 We are delighted to inform you that we are actively engaged in the development of a biogas power plant under the Feed-in Tariff (FiT) scheme, with a projected capacity of 600kW. ECER Development Council (ECERDC) | 23 September 2024 We visited ECERDC to explore their strategic plans for the East Coast Economic Region (ECER), which covers Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, and parts of Johor. The ECER Incentive Package offers: 📌100% tax exemption for 10 years or 📌 100% Investment Tax Allowance over 5 years. Exclusive to Kelantan: 📌0% tax for 15 years. 📌A 15% flat income tax for key foreign roles. Key pillars include agriculture, tourism, manufacturing, and the marine industry. Major infrastructure projects like the Central Spine Road and East Coast Rail Link are set to enhance connectivity. ECER is on track with 84% of committed investments and 91% realized, creating over 120,000 jobs so far.
