Breakfast is served! Last week before Townhall, our management team donned aprons to serve refreshments to CDzens, as a heartfelt gesture to appreciate all their hard work in maintaining a good momentum for our business. The atmosphere was abuzz, with CDzens eagerly lining up to enjoy their favorite Malaysian delicacies, personally served by our management team. The smiles and laughter were priceless as our CEO handed out currypuffs and our Deputy CEO expertly poured teh tarik - so meriah! This was more than just a meal; it was a lesson in serving each other as we give our collective best in driving our purpose - and certainly a testament to our belief that we are #StrongerTogether. Building Malaysia's New Digital Network – Together!   It was an eventful day at the Tower Xchange Meet Up today. Datuk Idham Nawawi spoke at a panel on creating win-win outcomes for towercos and carriers after consolidation. Scams can impact anyone, anytime but equipping the right people with the right knowledge can help amplify scam awareness constantly. CelcomDigi’s Scam Awareness & Online Safety workshop series aims to build a dynamic community of advocates for #scam awareness.   Most recently we have trained over 150 civil servants from various agencies under the Ministry of Communications and the Activity Centre For The Older Persons (PAWE) under the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development, and will be training personnel from the Education Ministry too.   Why civil servants? Personnel from key ministries have direct engagements with diverse groups – from #seniorcitizens to #women and #youth groups, #students and #teachers, #professionals, and even the underserved #communities.   💡 Through targeted trainings, participants learn: ▪ Latest #scam trends, tactics, and evolving modus operandi ▪ Common red-flags to lookout for as prevention measures ▪ Immersive and practical exercises through simulations ▪ #Psychological aspects of scam, how #scammers exploit #trust and emotions ▪ Action to take when encountered with scams ▪ Ways to #educate and support those in their circles The workshops are conducted in collaboration with #experts from Malaysian Cyber Consumer Association, Yayasan Digital Malaysia and Meg Richy Therapist Psychotherapy Consultancy.
