EdgePoint is thrilled to share that we took home the Technology Innovation of the Year award at the Asian Telecom Awards 2025 last night, for our successful deployment at the Menora Tunnel. The team deployed two innovative solutions tailored for the tunnel’s complex environment and depth within the mountainous regions - the 4G High Power Active Solution and Location Management System (LMS) towards enhancing connectivity and traveler safety by ensuring exceptional network performance, reliability and the scalability necessary to deliver seamless connectivity within the 800m tunnel and 1km stretch before and after the tunnel. This recognition highlights the hard work and dedication of our teams and our commitment to deploying innovative solutions in Malaysia. We thank the Asian Telecom Awards, our customers and partners for their continued support, and we look forward to continuing setting standards in the telecommunications industry.

EdgePoint is proud to share that we have partnered with the Sunway Group to deploy Malaysia’s first indoor 5G network in a commercial building at Sunway Pyramid Mall. Once again, TowerXchange - a techoraco brand was a busy yet fruitful two days for us. Over the two days, EdgePoint kicked off the event with the keynote presentation, participated in more than 10 panel sessions sharing our expertise on industry topics, formalized a partnership with a customer in Malaysia as well as with the Malaysian standards body for telecommunications, and contributed to driving change within the telecommunications industry through conversations with YB Fahmi Fadzil and YB Gobind Singh Deo. Above all this, It was a good opportunity for us to catch up with familiar faces and have a great time as Team EdgePoint!
