ANTI-CORRUPTION SEMINAR AND CORRUPTION-FREE PLEDGE (IBR) CEREMONY FOR KTMB’S TOP LEADERSHIP On Thursday, 13 February 2025, the Governance and Anti-Corruption Seminar (STAR) 2025 and the Corruption-Free Pledge (IBR) Ceremony were held at Kayangan Ballroom, Hotel Ancasa, Kuala Lumpur, involving KTMB’s top leadership. The event was graced by the presence of KTMB Board Members, namely YBhg. Dato’ Mohamed Amin Mohd Kassim, YBrs. Che Kodir Baharum, and YBrs. Encik Abdul Razak Md Hassan. Also in attendance were KTMB Group Chief Executive Officer, YBhg. Datuk Mohd Rani Hisham Samsudin, the Chief Corporate Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technical Officer, and Heads of Departments. The STAR 2025 Seminar featured two key sessions. The first session, titled "Governance, Integrity, and Conflict of Interest – Whose Responsibility?", was moderated by PsK Ahmad Syamil Ahmad Shuhaimi, KTMB’s Head of Integrity and Governance, with two guest panelists: YBhg. Dato’ Sri Dr. Akhbar Satar, President of the Malaysia Integrity and Governance Society (MIG), and YBrs. Nurhayati Dato’ Nordin, Chief Executive Officer of Yayasan Sinar Untuk Malaysia. The discussion focused on the role of individuals, organisations, and stakeholders in upholding integrity and preventing conflicts of interest that could undermine public trust in the rail sector. The second session, titled "Corporate Liability and Corruption Offences in the Rail Sector", was delivered by YBrs. KPKPj Westmoreland Ajom, Head of the Private Sector Branch, Community Education Division, MACC. This session covered legal aspects of corporate liability and corruption offences, along with preventive measures to ensure a corruption-free rail industry. The event continued with the Corruption-Free Pledge (IBR) ceremony, led by YBhg. Datuk Mohd Rani Hisham Samsudin and witnessed by YBrs. KPKPj Samsul Salip, Deputy Director of the Community Education Division, MACC. The session concluded with the signing of the IBR document by both parties, symbolising KTMB’s commitment to combating corruption at all levels of the organisation. The STAR 2025 Seminar is expected to have a positive impact in raising awareness and strengthening the culture of integrity within the rail sector and the organisation as a whole.

KTMB HOSTS THE 24TH CORPORATE DAKWAH SECRETARIAT (SDK) MEETING BY JAKIM FOR 2025 Thursday, 6 February 2025 – Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) is honoured to host the 24th Corporate Dakwah Secretariat (SDK) Meeting by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) for the year 2025. The meeting, held at Dewan Syarahan, Masjid Negara, Kuala Lumpur, brought together corporate representatives and key stakeholders committed to strengthening dakwah efforts within the corporate sector. The session was chaired by YBhg. Dato’ Dr. Sirajuddin Bin Suhaimee, Director-General of JAKIM and Chairman of SDK, alongside YBhg. Kolonel Datuk Haji Mohd Ajib Bin Ismail, Deputy Director-General of Operations, JAKIM and Deputy Chairman of SDK, and YBrs. Dr. Muhammad Yamin Bin Ismail, Senior Director of the Dakwah Division, JAKIM and Secretary of SDK. KTMB was represented by Encik Mohd Zain Mat Taha, Chief Operating Officer, and Encik Mohamed Aslam Iqbal Mohamed, Chief Human Capital Officer, along with other permanent committee members. The meeting served as a strategic platform to reinforce dakwah initiatives within the corporate sector, emphasising the importance of integrity and noble values in the workplace. Additionally, it facilitated discussions on new initiatives, exchange of insights, and the expansion of collaborative networks to further strengthen organisational-level dakwah efforts. Encik Mohd Zain also led the delegation on a tour of the KTMB Gallery, where participants were briefed on KTMB’s rich history, advancements in railway technology, and various initiatives undertaken by the company to enhance its services for Malaysians.

PRESS CONFERENCE ON KTM KOMUTER NON-STOP ADDITIONAL TRAIN SERVICE FOR THAIPUSAM 2025 This morning, the Minister of Transport, YB Loke Siew Fook, officiated the Thaipusam 2025 Press Conference at Batu Caves Komuter Station. Also in attendance were KTMB Group Chief Executive Officer, YBhg. Datuk Mohd Rani Hisham Samsudin, RAC Chief Executive Officer, YBhg. Dato' Azhar Ahmad, APAD Director General, YBhg. Datuk Azlan bin Al Bakri, and Rapid Bus CEO, Encik Ku Jamil Zakaria, along with media representatives and invited guests. Key highlights: 24-hour KTM Komuter service for 4 days and 3 nights To facilitate travel during the Thaipusam celebration, KTMB will provide additional train services for 4 days and 3 nights from 9 – 12 February 2025. The Pelabuhan Klang – Tanjung Malim – Pelabuhan Klang route will also operate on a full schedule to accommodate passenger demand throughout the celebration. Complimentary travel fare YB Minister also announced free travel on the KTM Komuter Klang Valley service for 2 days, on 10 and 11 February 2025.
