The agreement encompasses nine strategic areas: Johor Bahru City Centre, Iskandar Puteri, Tanjung Pelepas-Tanjung Bin, Pasir Gudang, Senai-Skudai, Sedenak, Forest City, Pengerang, and Desaru. These areas provide opportunities for businesses across 11 key sectors, including manufacturing, logistics, energy, as well as the digital and green economies.
