PRESS RELEASE: PHARMANIAGA MAINTAINS MOMENTUM IN STRONG RECOVERY

On 21 November 2024, Pharmaniaga had the privilege of participating in the 'Elevate Your Potential With Pharmaniaga' programme, an annual initiative organised by the University of Nottingham Malaysia for final-year students from the Faculty of Science and Engineering. During the programme, representatives from Pharmaniaga—En. Mohd Lufti Osman Haron from the Human Capital Division, Dr. Siti Nur Ain from the Research Centre, and Ms Jennay Tai from Marketing—served as speakers, sharing their expertise and experiences to inspire students and highlight the various pathways to a fulfilling career in the pharmaceutical sector. Bagi menyokong sambutan Hari Diabetes Sedunia, Pharmaniaga telah menganjurkan “Diabetes Awareness Day 2.0” di Pharmacafe, Bukit Raja pada 20 November 2024. Program yang telah dirasmikan oleh Encik Ahmad Shahredzuan Mohd Shariff, Ketua Pegawai Operasi, dianjurkan bagi meningkatkan kesedaran mengenai penyakit diabetes dalam kalangan warga pharmily. Encik Zulkifli Jafar, selaku Pengarah Urusan turut hadir bagi memeriahkan program ini. Terdapat pelbagai aktiviti menarik bagi melengkapi program ini, seperti ceramah kesedaran "T2DM and Obesity" oleh Dr. Suffian Sani daripada Megaklinik Dr Suffian; pemeriksaan diabetes dan kesihatan oleh Diabetes Care Unit UMMC serta Beacon Hospital; pemeriksaan mata oleh An Najah Optometry; aiskrim yogurt percuma daripada Yole Malaysia; dan promosi jualan beras oleh pihak Jasmine Malaysia serta cabutan bertuah dengan pelbagai hadiah menarik. Pihak Syarikat ingin merakamkan ucapan tahniah kepada semua pemenang Wellness Warrior, pertandingan pengurusan diabetes yang dianjurkan oleh Jabatan Komersial dan pertandingan penurunan berat badan yang dianjurkan oleh DIRA, di bawah program ini.
