Changing the world is tough. But when you volunteer to drive impact together, no matter the size of the gesture, it has the power to ripple out and touch communities around the world. It's so inspiring to see our Qi Group family in Hong Kong volunteering their time and effort with the Hong Chi Association, World Vision, and Crossroads Foundation! 💪🏽 #RiseWithRYTHM #Volunteerism #BetterTogether
*Cheers to a full-time job of inspiring people to take a break from their screens and do good for the world (while I secretly keep track of their 16-hour contributions 😀)* When I first joined RYTHM Foundation in 2021 during the MCO, I was given a project called Employee Community Impact (ECI) which was previously known as Staff Social Responsibility (SSR). This incredible initiative encourages employees to dedicate 16 hours of their time to give back to the community. From the moment I took on this project until today, it has been an inspiring journey filled with meaningful connections, impactful beneficiaries, and countless stories that continue to motivate me. 🌟 What makes ECI even more remarkable is its global reach where all employees across the world contribute to this effort. This year, our focus on sustainability has truly been eye-opening. I was particularly moved by the powerful ECI video created by the QNET Ltd Hong Kong team. Their work with communities like the Hong Chi Association, World Vision, and Crossroads Foundation demonstrates the importance of continuity and building long-term relationships. It’s incredible to witness how people from around the world can unite to make a difference. I’m deeply proud to live by the ethos of our founder's vision and to contribute to a program that uplifts humanity. Here’s to creating more impact together! 💚 Coming up soon - more inspiring stories from around the globe highlighting how our amazing teams are making waves through their ECI efforts. P/S: Thank you for sharing the video Rita Suttarno #EmployeeCommunityImpact #SustainabilitywithaSmile #GivingBack #QNETHK

Violence against women and girls is a persistent global pandemic that cuts across all cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds, and ages. It leaves a trail of physical, emotional, and psychological trauma that deeply affects generations, and impairs both economic and social progress. It is not enough to simply acknowledge this issue. We must take decisive action to challenge the root causes of #genderbasedviolence. This includes having difficult conversations with both children and adults about harmful gender norms, passing laws and policies that prevent discrimination and prejudice, as well as implementing stringent measures to amplify community safety. By dismantling harmful mindsets and challenging long-held stereotypes head-on, we can contribute to shifting perspectives and shape a better, safer, and violence-free world for girls and women. #RiseWithRYTHM #EndViolence #WomenEmpowerment #InternationalDayfortheEliminationofViolenceAgainstWomen
