This award is testament to the fantastic progress they’ve made with Verint Speech Analytics – a project supported by our Verint specialists! The Sabio / Verint collaboration has allowed Securitas Direct to achieve a series of impressive results; they now audit 80% of calls, with real-time results, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction to 9.1.
