This Deepavali, we came together to create a vibrant Kolam and enjoy traditional henna art, bringing light and joy into our workplace. Completing the Kolam wasn’t just about adding colors; it was a way to celebrate our diversity and create a lasting symbol of togetherness.   The shared laughter, joy, and intricate henna designs allowed us to connect with each other’s stories and backgrounds in a meaningful way. We celebrated our team’s dedication to reducing e-waste and promoting sustainability! ♻️ In honor of #InternationalEWasteDay, we organized a friendly team competition to inspire our coworkers at Toppen to contribute unused or old electronics to our RBBC (Recycle Buy Back Centre) drop-off event. 💚🌍 Together, we collected an impressive 93.3 kg of e-waste – a fantastic step toward repurposing valuable resources and keeping waste out of landfills. A big congratulations to our Operations team for leading the charge! 🏆 They’re taking home a small token of appreciation, but every department deserves a huge round of applause for their efforts. 🌟 Thank you to everyone who contributed to making a positive impact. Last weekend, Toppen was filled with festive excitement as we celebrated Halloween and Deepavali! 🎃🪔 The kids stole the show with their creative costumes, proudly parading around in spooky and charming costumes that spread a playful touch of horror throughout the space. Our Kollam Making Contest added to the celebration, with participants showcasing their artistic skills. Their beautiful designs are now part of our mall's decorations, adding a traditional touch to the festivities. It was a fantastic weekend of togetherness, truly embodying our value by celebrating different cultures side by side. 🌈✨

At Toppen, we recently hosted a special FIKA 🎉 to take a moment to appreciate the hard work and dedication of our coworkers. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, enjoy some delicious treats, and reflect on our achievements! 🌟 During the event, we introduced an Achievement Board to highlight the accomplishments of each department over the past financial year. We also created a "What You’re Proud Of" Board for coworkers to share their personal successes—whether it’s a successful project, personal milestones, or the support we’ve shown one another. It was inspiring to see our team come together and celebrate each other's contributions! We’re keeping the positive energy flowing as we continue building a workplace where everyone’s efforts are valued. Together, we create a culture of appreciation and teamwork. 💪
