Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Application Developer to join our product development team. If you are an experienced software/mobile application developer with a strong background in data-driven applications, who enjoys challenging, fast-paced projects in a well-known FMCG industry, we’re looking for you!

Job Description

Provide leadership, deep technical expertise in the aspects of solution design and application development for the business environments. Focus on delivery of our technical roadmap with latest technologies and maintaining our in-house field force automation solution, RetailAIM. Ensures solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing across multiple mobile platforms. Possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry.

Job Duties

• Support the entire software development lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
• Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean, well-documented code
• Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
  
  

Ideal Skills / Knowledge Includes

• A minimum of 3 years of Mobile Development in a production capacity
• Ensure design is robust, extensible and reusable
• Mobile-specific functionality such as location, push notifications, camera interaction, and cross-app interaction
• Experience with Ionic cross-platform framework using Typescript(language) and Angular (UI)
• Knowledge of UX and UI. Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Knowledge of backend web services technology such API & JSON
• Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in SQL, Git, DevOps and Azure cloud environment
• Desire and willingness to work on new skills and technologies
• Self-motivated; able to work within an Agile, team environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject and/or equivalent formal training or work experience
