Location is good as located at the lively area, many eateries, shopping around, just 200m from subway Susukino station. Have been staying in this hotel in my past Sapporo trip, the breakfast is very good. Room space is reasonable. Front desk is also friendly and helpful. And there are many trip buses that will stop at this hotel, like Niseko. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Sapporo in future.

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

A very new hotel. Amenities are clean and brand new. Service is good and location is convenient in downtown sapporo. Rooms are bit by Japan standards. Recommenced!

Hotel yang baru dibuka ini terletak dengan sempurna bersebelahan stesen Susukino di Aras 7. Bas Limosin Lapangan Terbang akan menurunkan anda kira-kira 1 blok ke belakang dari hotel. Bilik-bilik agak kecil tetapi berfungsi, bilik yang lebih besar mempunyai pemandangan yang lebih kecil jadi pilih bilik yang kecil. Anda tidak akan dapat mengakses onsen/spa hotel melainkan anda menempah bilik premium tanpa akses berbayar dibenarkan. Ini kelihatan seperti pemikiran pendek yang luar biasa di hotel terutamanya jika onsen kosong. Mengapa tidak menawarkan kemasukan berbayar kepada tetamu semasa waktu sunyi? Hotel ini juga mengambil bahagian dalam pembersihan hijau yang meluas dengan komitmen palsu untuk membantu alam sekitar. Jika anda memilih pengemasan eko, mereka masih akan membuang berus gigi anda dan menggantikan berus gigi yang lain. Selain itu, mereka memberi anda kod QR untuk menebus sebotol air teh percuma (tidak pasti bagaimana ini membantu alam sekitar?) Sarapan pagi tidak mengapa tetapi pastikan anda tiba sebelum pukul 9 pagi kerana makanan tidak diisi semula atau diganti pada bufet. Terdapat banyak kakitangan perkhidmatan berdiri dan berlari-lari tetapi tidak banyak produktiviti membersihkan meja, mengeluarkan pinggan dll. Kawasan tempatan mempunyai bahagian hadapan kedai ”maklumat perempuan” yang luas jadi saya mungkin tidak akan mengesyorkan kawasan itu untuk keluarga walaupun ia berasa selamat.

I recently stayed at a hotel near JR Sapporo Station (exit 17), and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The location is absolutely splendid, making it incredibly convenient for anyone traveling via the JR subway. Being just steps away from the station saves so much time and effort, especially if you’re carrying luggage. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, with daily cleaning service to ensure your room feels fresh and welcoming. If you prefer privacy, you can simply let them know, and they’ll respect your request. The staffs are welcoming. They greet you with a smile every time you come and go, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Sapporo. I’d gladly stay here again!

It was a popular hotel with great teams of staff members. from the photo albums on the hallway you can tell the hotel has been in operation for decades with good local reputation. The breakfast had a wide range of selection. The onsen had outdoor facility which was great when it was snowing around you. overall it was a great experience.

Great room for a great price in a great location! Super convenient to be right next to Sapporo station for a short trip in and out of Sapporo. The staff was super friendly and accommodating during check in and check out. The double twin room was bigger than a typical ekimae hotel. I would stay again next I’m in Sapporo and assuming the prices are the same.

I walked into the hotel disappointed as the parking B1 floor was dimly lit, not very welcoming. The lobby is fine, and the room is also fine. What really surprised me was how homey this hotel feels. They give out freshly cooked ramen and ice cream every night next to the onsen, in addition to Yakult-like probiotic drink every morning. The buffet breakfast is the best one I’ve had in this whole Hokkaido trip. Good selection of food, and they don’t serve anything they are not good at serving. They include grilled scallops, 2 types of soup, typical Hokkaido seafood bowl, etc. The natural onsen is a bit small but sufficient. Out of 4 hotels I’ve stayed in Hokkaido this trip, I miss this one the most although it is quite old. First impression is meh, but the stay experience was fantastic.

Minuman panas percuma di lobi Bilik itu bersih dan kemas Sangat dekat dengan Pintu Keluar 10 Stesen Kereta Api Bawah Tanah Odori Anda sebenarnya tidak perlu menukar kereta bawah tanah selepas turun di Sapporo JR Anda boleh terus berjalan di sepanjang laluan bawah tanah ke Stesen Odori. Kawasan sekitar terletak 3 minit dari Tanukikoji dengan pelbagai jenis restoran.

The location of this hotel is only about 5 minutes from the JR train station west exit. Our room was new and clean and the Hollywood twin bed was more like a double bed size and they are very comfortable. A roomy bathroom with the toilet in a separate room equipped with a another sink. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We asked for a quiet room and we never heard any noise from other guests or door closings. There's a complimentary specialty coffee machine in the lobby. Very good value hotel consider the rate. The only negatives are no safety box and would have been nice to have a small table in the room. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a triple room. There was a extra rolling bed in addition to two twin beds. So, the space available was very limited but we still managed to tidy our three big suitcases. Staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, with wide variety of choices, all the attractive local dishes were there, namely sashimi rice bowl, soup curry garaku, Japanese BBQ Yakiniku, soup ramen, cream puff, ice-cream...The free lobby drinks was also an extra bonus but it would be perfect if they could also provide in-room coffee or tea.

Hotel is strategic. Right opposite JR train station. Morning seafood market is just right behind. Receptionists very friendly. They helped us to book early morning cab to airport. This hotel provide free drinks and free toiletries including facial products and massage gel for hotel’s guests. Although we are not allowed to check in at any time before 3pm, but we may keep our luggage there if we arrived earlier than check in time. Highly recommended.

Location 10/10 - Literally next to Hakodate's main train station, in front of the morning market, surrounded by local seafood restaurants and convenient store (Also next to the bay/sea) Room - Big and spacious! Surprised by this for sure, and it is very clean. Onsen - It has a great view of Hakodate, and a nice study space outside of Onsen Parking - If you are driving, they have parking spots in front but it is on a first come first serve basis

The room is big and comfortably host 3 adults. We are pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and other kitchen equipment in the room. Not to mention the walk in closet. It’s a full service apartment than a hotel room. The location is a bit far from public transport and attractions. However, the balcony with a fantastic sea view is to well worth the effort spent getting to the hotel. The hotel is also reasonably priced, considering that it was a peak season (summer vacation period).

Very good for families travel, the hotel a little bit old but still very clean.

Location is close to JR station, if you drive, there is a huge parking garage beside it. You can exchange your ticket with the ”season” ticket from the hotel lobby so you don't need to pay every time you enter and exit. But they will return the ticket to you when you check out so you can pay at the garage upon exiting. The room is not very big but spacious enough to open two large luggages. It is within walking distance to the morning market too.

Hotel was in good location next to morning seafood market and short walk to red warehouse. Bath house was clean with panaromic view of the city and coastline. Room was clean and new. Comes with free washing machine. Hotel carpark was convenient although we need to pay for it (1000 yen per day) Highly recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights with my friend. Staff are very professional and helpful. It was my friend’s birthday and the surprise for her was successful thanks to them. Breakfast was also amazing. We didn’t get bored although we had totally same food for 2 days. The room was not that spacious as we expected, but still, it was a comfortable stay and we will definitely visit here again. We stayed at Century Marina for our first night in Hokkaido and originally chose it for its proximity to most of the sites we wanted to see in Hakodate. It's just a few minute walk from the train station with plenty of sidewalks so pulling our suitcases was no issue. The hotel also has a large parking lot if you choose to drive. It's also just a few minute walk from the warehouse district and the older area up the hill where a lot of historical embassies and churches are. The hotel's breakfast buffet is an experience itself with an extensive spread of both Japanese and Western food options. You will reserve a time slot when checking in, but even then you should expect a 10-20 minute wait in the morning to get your table, so its best to go up before your reserved time. This hotel also has one of the best rooftop onsen I've seen, with wonderful views of the whole marina and hill. When booking I didn't realize there was a hot springs so this was a nice surprise. Our room was right next to the elevator but very quiet and clean. This is a newer hotel too so everything felt very fresh and well-maintained. We checked in using Japanese, but the hotel has check-in info packets and signs in English so this is a good option for non-Japanese speaking guests as well.

初めて利用させていただきました。ラグジュアリーなホテルで、特筆すべきは朝食！ 私達は、１泊目はアゼリアでビュッフェ、２泊目は松前で和食の選択をしました。 ビュッフェでは、それこそ今まで見たこともないようなイクラの山盛りがあったり、超ゴージャスな海鮮丼を作る事ができたりして、ホントすごかった。 ２泊目の松前も、とっても素敵なお膳で、私はイクラ御膳をチョイスしましたが、これも超満足。 友人はひつまぶし御膳で、それもすごく美味しそうでした！ お部屋も、広くて手入れも行き届いており、老舗の風格プラス現代的な機能性もあり、良かったです。

The location of the hotel was excellent! In front of the bus center and Hakodate Sta. which makes it very accessible if you're traveling around the city. The room was a bit cramped but should be OK if you pack light. They have everything I need - a mini fridge, kettle, toiletries, and some complimentary tea. The room and toilet was clean. At the ground floor, there's some vending machines for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and a microwave, too. T

It was a fantastic experience staying at the hotel. The staff provided excellent service, guided me in the right direction, and spoke English fluently. They were well-trained.

There are 2 single beds and a bunk bed suitable for a family of 4. Location wise is near to the canal and able to walk to the restaurants. Parking at hotel is more expensive so it us advisable to park bit further down but still walking distance from hotel.

　アメニティはフロント横で取っていく無駄を省いたシンプルなホテルなので、5つ星や4つ星ホテルを求めては物足りないと思います。ただ普通のビジネスホテルよりはるかに落ち着ける新しく清潔なホテルです。朝食付きのパック料金でもサイトによりとてもリーズナブルなものがあります。 　ロケーションは運河沿いではなく、旧日銀ビルなどに並んだ位置にあるため、とても静かです。モール商店街に近いために散歩がてら寿司屋、花園町のケーキの館や新倉屋にも近いです。さらに隣にLAWSONがあります。 　駐車場はチェックイン前の13時から預けらるれるので、車を置いて運河や必見の小樽芸術村、小樽市立文学館など観光に最適です。 　運河沿いから離れると途端に観光客料金ではない地元民価格のお店が現れ、場所が素晴らしいと思います。 　さらにホテルの部屋からの港を一望できる眺めは素敵でした。 　私たちは広くない部屋にエクストラベッドというさらに狭い条件でしたが、とても快適に過ごせました。ドアが厚いのか全く他の部屋の音が聞こえないことも理由かと思います。 　ただし部屋の風呂は狭いです。代わりに最上階の大浴場は温泉ではありませんが、眺めがよく清潔です。またコロナ対策のためか混雑しないよう、使えるロッカーを制限していたのも好印象です。 　朝食バイキングは北海道への観光客が目当てとする魚*や蟹などありません。それでも地元野菜やアリスファームのジャムなど美味です。和食というより洋食よりのメニューですが、温かい食べ物が多く、雪の小樽でも暖まります。厚切りベーコンと蒸し野菜がとても美味しかったです。 　またスタッフが若くて、キビキビしているのにとても好感を持ちました。駐車場に入れる際にフロントスタッフが、雪のなか誘導してくれました。朝食会場でも活躍していましたので、人手の必要なところに手助けするようです。 　新しく間接照明の多いのも落ち着けるビジネスホテルとしては上級です。 　お勧めは、夕食後にアーケード街の端にある、歩いて5分の「酒商たかの」という17時から角打ちスタイルの酒屋はご主人が最高にフレンドリーで、日本酒を一杯飲めば人との触れ合いもできます。 　私たちは旅行支援を利用しました。支払いは１人3,300円にクーポン3,000円がついていたので、実質300円です。申し訳ない費用でした。また利用したいです。

小樽に行く際は必ずと言っていいほどオーセントさんにお世話になります いつもはツインのお部屋を予約しますが、今回は旅行支援を利用したので奮発してデラックスツインにしました 眺めがよくて最高でした ですが、近くに新しいホテルが出来て、海側の眺めが遮られてしまったのが少し残念です フロントやラウンジなどにいるスタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で、廊下をすれ違う清掃のスタッフの方々も挨拶なども とても気持ちが良いのです（泊まる度に毎回変わらず） 食事や観光 どこに行くのも便利な場所にあるし、小樽駅まではアーケードを通って行けるので、天気が悪い時などはとても助かります ホテル内の食事もとても美味しくて 本当におすすめのホテルです

Amazing location (10min walk from JR Station, 12-15min walk to main shopping street), great view facing the canal. Staff were very friendly. Overall facilities seemed old but very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to others!

Let’s start with the Service staff. Customer facing warm attentive accommodating responsive smiling. Choose any positive word and it will be here in this wonderful onsen resort family managed with the son at the front to welcome you. Shiro San. Mother and owner father are both very active in the daily management Lobby evening cocktail hour is pleasant and relaxing. Sink into the warm ambiance of the lobby coffee beer area with eye catching decor n warm service. Cookies nuts beer coffee n wine are served here. Breakfast n dinner are a delight n foodie experience especially in room and whether in the different dinning areas western or Japanese. Such a delightful experience to have both like we did. Food n beverage is excellent and we totally enjoyed our 2nd and 3rd nights dinner in room. Onto the onsen now. There are 2 public onsen areas and I tried both. I was totally blown away by the evening session at the onsen located at the lower level. Out of this world is the description with Indoor hot pool Outdoor hot pool Outdoor cold pool Sauna n steam room n Fireplace The onsen on the lobby level is different as it has a high tech sauna room with a hot area where you can lie down to enjoy the heat on back or front. Car park is ample and a very very short drive to the lobby drop off pick up with a shelter should it rain. A must come n try

Good hotel stay with plenty of extra amenities and storage to make your stay comfy. Smoking area for smoking guests stinks the whole lobby as you walk through reception to the lift, which is a shame. It is a non smoking hotel. Close to the sightseeing spots and about 10 mins walk to JR Station and supermarket.

　小樽の町には何度か泊まったことが有りますが、今回は小樽市を高いところから一望しようと小樽天狗山ロープウェイに寄ってから、横移動してホテルに到着しました。玄関近くの駐車スペースに車を停めました。玄関を入ると自動検温器があり、消毒液を手にスプレーして、順番待ちのためフロント前で休憩。8階の2809号室のツインルームに入りました。室内設備は、一般のホテルと同等に完備されていました。窓からは、ホテル横の道路や近くの山の景色が見えました。札幌市に住む友達がホテルのフロント前1階レストランで夕食を予約してくれていたので、友達と一緒に会食となりました。混んではいませんでしたので、コース料理を、話しながらゆっくりと楽しむことができました。館内は、室内プール、フィットネスも有りましたが、1泊だけでしたので利用できませんでした。修学旅行生も大勢泊まっていたので、土産物ショップは結構若者が来ていました。朝食は、2階のレストランでブッフェスタイルでした。食べ物も結構揃っているので腹一杯になりました。朝一番で大浴場に行きましたが、ほとんど人が居なくでゆったりと入れました。チェックアウト出ホテルを出てからは、上方に登り、ループの道路と朝里川ダムと紅葉を見てから帰路につきました。1泊ではもったいないリゾートタイプのホテルでした。

オーシャンフロントロイヤルスイートルーム 805号室に宿泊しました。 最上階の円形のフロア、リビングからの海岸と岸壁の景色が絵画のように素晴らしく感動しました。 海岸にそびえたつ建物は古いようでしたが、部屋は綺麗にメンテンスされていて快適に滞在できました。リビングおよび浴室からの景色は素晴らしく、この眺望を楽しむだけでも宿泊する価値があるように思われました。調度品はアンティックな雰囲気で、リゾートの雰囲気とマッチしていて良かったです。 大きな浴室は温泉ではありませんが、常にお湯が張られた状態で、いつでも入ることが良かったです。浴室の窓を開けて、日本海の波の音を聞きながら、日本海の雄大な景色を楽しめました。タオル類も十分な数が用意されていたのも良かったです。 夕食はレストランでスイートルーム特別コース「プレジール」を頂きました。品数も多く、ボリュームもあり、おいしく頂くことができました。ワインも割安で良かったです。箸で頂くことができ、女性スタッフの方もフレンドリーで、楽しく夕食を頂くことができました。追加料理でホワイトアスパラハスの料理をお願いしましたが、とてもおいしく満足できました。 朝食もレストランで「創作ブレックファースト」を頂きました。景色を楽しみながら、席でゆったりと朝食を頂けて楽しめました。朝からスパークリングを無料で頂くことができたのも良かったです。余談ですが、男性スタッフのユニークな髪型がよかったです。 今回は大変満足しました。また機会があれば、宿泊したく思いました。
