Meet our First Speaker Salmie L. Sakarias 🎉 A dynamic professional with a wealth of experience lecturing entrepreneurship, innovation, business development, and business management. Extensive experience in administration and consultancy. Holds an MBA from the University of South Wales, a Post Graduate Diploma in Open School Operations & Management from the Namibian College of Open Learning in collaboration with the Commonwealth of Learning, and a BA (Honours) in Strategic Human Resource Management and Banking & Finance from the University of Namibia. Specialises in MSME development, with a proven track record of conducting market analyses, advising SMEs on collaboration and funding opportunities, and tailoring business strategies. A course developer, developing online courses and study guides such as 'Principles of Management,' 'Organisational Behaviour,' and a Study Guide on Entrepreneurship for tertiary institutions in Namibia. YALS is here The vision of YALS was birthed some time last year when I was making an application to what is know as: The One Young World Leaders Summit.
