I am writing these posts for myself ... This is something I recently realised by asking myself, Andrea Verzar why are you writing these posts on LinkedIn ? Journaling has become a vital practice for me. It helps me organize my thoughts, especially when I feel overwhelmed by a multitude of tasks and information. Despite having a Hungarian literature teacher in high school who doubted my writing talents, many others have expressed the opposite view. I chose to believe the latter :-) Writing is my way of exploring and processing various topics that interest me. Instead of limiting these discussions to a small circle of acquaintances, I share my thoughts with a broader community. This approach not only sparks new conversations but also brings in fresh perspectives and fosters new connections. if you see a thought leader announce that he/she is organising a class, run as fast as you can to partake in it. For someone who has been in a particular business for years to come up and want to share his knowledge with you, you must acknowledge it as a rare privilege. Yes! I tagged it a rare privilege because there are thousands of people here who have a depth of knowledge in a given field but they just focus on using that to serve their clients. For a group of them to desire to give back to the community is an act of humanity I must say. While some of us serve clients, we still make time to teach others who want to come into the industry. We could decide to hoard our knowledge, but no, Love and desire to lift others won't let us. When next you see a class from a leader, paid or free, make sure you participate in it. THE POWER OF STORY TELLING

1. READ Inform yourself as much as possible on the chosen area. Analyse all the possibilities. Consider all the varying perspectives and points of view. Start to mould your own opinions based on the existing arguments and evidence provided. 2. DEBATE Test your theories and opinions in real time! Exercise your arguments and see if they stand up to the test of counter-arguments and opposing views. Open your mind to the possibility that you are wrong, and see it as an opportunity to improve on your original theory! Discard the unnecessary and strengthen the core. Rethink, adjust & evolve your argument! 3. WRITE Having battle-tested your ideas, write them down. Structure your argument with a beginning, middle and end. Back up theory with evidence. Educate and inspire with clarity. Two sides of growth🤝✅ Most of us are fearful of starting something new, especially out of our comfort zone. It mostly happens because we think our surrounding is full of people who will pass their comments on us and disapprove the thing that we are doing which we might not be 100% comfortable with. For me it is presenting my opinion in fluent English. Though I am a decent writer, I am not 100% in my fluency while speaking in English. This has to do with the lack of practice. In recent times, I have stopped thinking about other’s opinion. I listen to them but I don’t take them personally. I have somehow mastered the art of not taking things personally. This is the ladder we all need to climb upwards in career and life. “Not to take things personally” It can go even better if those people surrounding us understand that people make mistakes in things that are out of someone’s comfort zone. But, with time they are going to get better at that. Lets be confident enough to not take things personally and kind enough to encourage those who are trying. Result will be a positive environment that creates synergy in efforts and outcome. #positivity #career #support #comfortzone #practice #leadership #motivation #learning #collaboration
