  • Exciting Project Launch: Powering Primary Healthcare Facilities with Renewable Energy Solution We’re excited to announce a groundbreaking partnership between eHealth Africa and UNICEF to solarize 238 Primary Health Care (PHC) facilities across 12 states in Nigeria. This initiative is a giant leap toward sustainable healthcare solutions that will transform millions of lives. This intervention will Equip PHCs with reliable power supply through solar-powered systems to ensure improved healthcare services. • At eHealth Africa, we’re not just talking about fighting malaria 🦟—we’re taking action where it matters most. In Bauchi State, something incredible is happening! This week, we kicked off our Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) of insecticide-treated nets with a dynamic team of over 100 trained experts—85 data collectors and 22 supervisors—ready to make a difference! Their mission? To dive into communities, ensuring mosquito nets are not just present but being used effectively and are in good condition. But that’s not all! 💡 This initiative is also about educating residents on the life-saving power of these nets in preventing malaria. We’re excited to see our team in action, bridging the gap between resources and impact, one household at a time. Together, we’re proving that bold, intentional steps can save lives. 💙 To learn more about our work across Africa: follow us on all social media channels & visit ehealthafrica.org #WeAreEHA #EndMalaria #CommunityImpact #HealthForAll

  • According to the World Health Organization, vaccines prevent an estimated 4–5 million deaths annually, protecting millions more from severe illness and lifelong disabilities. However, despite these remarkable gains, millions of children still miss routine vaccinations leaving them vulnerable to preventable diseases such as measles, polio, and diphtheria. This gap threatens global health security and risks derailing progress toward achieving the 2030 immunization goals. Achieving the 2030 targets requires innovative solutions, equitable distribution, and collaborative efforts from stakeholders at every level. Join us on January 29th, 2025, for an engaging Insights Webinar to explore how we can accelerate progress toward the 2030 immunization target!
