Job Title: Content Handler for Afro Culture Collective Job Type: Remote Salary: 100,000 Job Description: We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Handler to lead the development, execution, and management of engaging content that positions our collective as the one-stop shop for Nigerian Afro culture in France . The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for Afrobeat music, Nigerian culture, and community-building strategies while excelling in storytelling and digital marketing. Responsibilities: A. Content Strategy and Planning: . Develop a monthly content calendar covering playlists, events, artist showcases, cultural highlights, and community engagement posts. . Identify opportunities to highlight emerging Nigerian artists and cultural trends. B. Content Creation and Management: . Create visually appealing, culturally relevant posts, Reels, and TikToks to engage the audience. . Write captions, blog articles, and promotional materials that resonate with the audience’s interests. . Edit videos and images for optimal platform performance. C. Playlist Curation: . Collaborate with the team to curate playlists that align with our themes (e.g., family gatherings, cultural moments, or event highlights). . Ensure playlists reflect both nostalgia and contemporary vibes. D. Audience Engagement: . Actively engage with followers through comments, DMs, polls, and interactive posts. . Monitor and analyze content performance using social media insights and recommend improvements. E. Brand Consistency: . Maintain a cohesive voice, style, and aesthetic that reflects our mission of celebrating Nigerian Afro culture. What We’re Looking For: .
