This program includes health promotion, prevention and treatment. It also includes capacity development of PHC staff, service quality assurance and improvement and accessibility to affordable healthcare. • EmpowerHer- Pad4Her: EmpowerHer is a social enterprise; agricultural, adire(tie & dye, batik) fabric and clothing manufacturing business that empowers and employs women in rural areas with exportation focus. All proceeds goes to pay, rent of women employees, business development and production of sanitary pads. At Pad4Her, these pads are distributed free at PHCs in rural areas. Partner with Women Affairs Department at the local government councils across the Nation which enables presence of EmpowerHer empowerment centres in every local government area. Dearest Changemakers, Sometimes, the greatest opportunities don’t come from following the paths others have taken. They are found when you decide to step into the unknown, create something unique, and leave a mark that is unmistakably yours. For changemakers like yourself, forging your way isn’t always easy—but it’s how real impact is made. Instead of wondering if you’re on the “right” path, focus on creating a path that aligns with your mission and values. Don't copy others, but design solutions that truly make an impact. Action Steps to Take Today: 1. Identify one area where you can innovate instead of replicate. 2. Challenge yourself to take a risk that aligns with your vision. 3. Reflect on how you want to inspire others through your journey. As we wrap up for the year and plan for next year, let's commit to step integrating innovation into our solutions.

Don't Let Doubt Steal Your Tomorrow! Dearest Changemaker, The biggest thing standing between us and our future dreams isn’t lack of skill, opportunity, or resources—it’s often our own self-doubt. When we second-guess ourselves, we limit our potential, settling for less than what we are truly capable of achieving. As changemakers, we can't afford to be held back by what-ifs. Your mission matters too much. The world needs your ideas, your drive, and your willingness to push through challenges. So what can you do today to keep moving forward? 1. Acknowledge the fear – Understand that doubt is normal, but it doesn’t have to control your actions. 2. Take one step forward – Break down your goals into small steps. The next action is always what matters most. 3. Celebrate small wins – Recognize your progress, no matter how small. Progress fuels confidence! Your vision for tomorrow starts with the belief you hold today. Keep pushing!
