During the Africa Health ExCon in Cairo, Egypt, the discussion was highly engaging. Today, we participated in a session with our partner, African Business Coalition for Health, focusing on the transformation of the healthcare system in Africa. The Minister of Health and Population, Dr. Khaled Abdul Ghaffar, and the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Mr. Ahmed Issa led the discussion on health tourism and its significance for Africa. Egypt has made significant strides and leads the way in enhancing healthcare. The session addressed the challenges and opportunities for medical travel and tourism in Africa.
