My AI: The New Frontier of Cybersecurity As we navigate an increasingly complex digital landscape, cybersecurity has evolved beyond traditional defense mechanisms. I had the privilege of speaking at the recent CSCS cybersecurity conference held in Abuja, where I delved into the transformative power of AI in safeguarding our digital future. I emphasized the critical role of AI in: - Proactive Threat Detection: AI-driven solutions can identify and respond to emerging threats before they cause significant damage. - Intelligent Response: By automating routine tasks and analyzing vast datasets, AI empowers security teams to focus on high-priority issues. - Strategic Decision-Making: AI-powered insights enable organizations to make informed decisions about their cybersecurity investments and risk tolerance. During the panel discussion, we delved deeper into the importance of strong cybersecurity governance, including: - Board-Level Engagement: Ensuring that cybersecurity is a strategic priority at the highest levels of the organization. - Risk-Based Decision-Making: Balancing risk and reward to optimize cybersecurity investments. - A Culture of Security: Fostering a security-conscious culture where everyone plays a role in protecting the organization. At Heckerbella, we're committed to leveraging technology to build a more secure and resilient digital world. By combing cutting edge technology with strategic expertise, we help organizations build a resilient digital future. #AI #Cybersecurity #DigitalTransformation #Leadership #Innovation #Heckerbella Heckerbella Central Securities Clearing System Plc Tobe Nnadozie Adeyinka Shonekan Dr. ‘Bosun Tijani Peter Ejiofor, M.CIoD Bello H. You won’t believe the impact African entrepreneurs are having until you hear their stories. This incredible group of founders inspires me. These aren’t just entrepreneurs—they’re visionaries transforming communities across Africa, one bold idea at a time. Take, for instance, Nora Bannerman, the Founder and CEO of Sleek Garments Export Ltd. She has been a pioneer in the African fashion industry, building a company that creates high-quality garments for the global market and provides employment and skill development for countless people, particularly women. Her work is a testament to the power of entrepreneurship to drive social change and economic empowerment. Then there’s Desmond Koney, CEO of Complete Farmer. Desmond is revolutionizing agriculture in Africa by providing digital tools that connect farmers directly with global markets. His innovative platform enables farmers to increase their yields and incomes, ensuring food security while fostering economic empowerment in rural areas. And let’s not forget Boum III Jr, the CEO and founder of Daba. He’s on a mission to democratize investment opportunities in Africa by creating a platform that allows anyone to invest in the continent’s booming startups. By making investment accessible to all, Boum III Jr is helping to unlock Africa’s vast potential, empowering a new generation of entrepreneurs and investors. These leaders have a story filled with resilience, innovation, and unwavering passion. Whether it’s in fintech, healthcare, transforming agriculture, or democratizing investments, they’re tackling some of the toughest problems on our continent. I’ve had the privilege of learning so much from these brilliant minds through The Founders Peak. It’s amazing to see how African entrepreneurs are rewriting the narrative, showing the world that our solutions are not just viable but game-changing. Let’s celebrate these founders, learn from their journeys, and keep supporting the incredible work they’re doing. The future is bright, and it’s being shaped by African hands. Yemi Keri, Elizabeth Rossiello, Benjamin Fernandes, Robert Bob Okello, Nono B., Emma Maame Efua Tandoh, Benjamin Nortey, Onyinye Okonji, Kofi Owusu-Nhyira, Evita Grant, Magalie Gauze-Sanga, Denisha Kuhlor, Romeo Bugyei, Mary Mwangi, Eric Nana Kwabena Agyei, Isaac Kojo Yedonu Aboah, Akosua Annobil, Habineza Moussa. #AfricaRising #Entrepreneurship #Innovation #Startups #Leadership #AfricanExcellence #CommunityImpact

Thanks Charles Odii and SMEDAN team and I’m looking forward to implementing, e.g. the ICSS modules for MSMEs: Inspire, Create, Start, Scale with #SEDIN GIZ Nigeria & ECOWAS
🤝The continued partnership with SMEDAN for MSME Development. The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Nigeria have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on enhancing the growth and digital transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across the country. Under this agreement, the two parties will work together to implement the National MSME Policy, promote entrepreneurship among young individuals, and provide crucial support for MSMEs to access business-enabling infrastructure. Additionally, the partnership aims to improve access to finance, entrepreneurship education, digital skills, and mentorship for MSMEs, ultimately creating a more conducive environment for their success. Charles Odii, Director-General of SMEDAN, and Markus Wauschkuhn, head of the Sustainable Economic Development Cluster at GIZ Nigeria, both expressed their enthusiasm for this collaboration and the positive impact it will have on MSMEs. GIZ's work to support the growth and digital transformation of MSMEs in Nigeria is implemented under the SEDIN programme, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Learn more about GIZ’s approach to MSME development here: www.sedin-nigeria.net #GIZ #SMEDAN
