Eye exams typically take just about 20 minutes, and scheduling them every two years is a small investment of time for significant benefits. Regular check-ups are crucial because they help identify potential issues early, allowing for timely treatment and better overall eye health. How has conducting eye tests changed your approach to customers? Now that I conduct eye tests, I can answer customers' questions more effectively, saving them the hassle of scheduling a separate appointment. A few nights ago, we celebrated in true Ace & Tate style to mark the opening of our brand-new head office. Think: a string orchestra setting the mood, a candlelit dinner to keep it elegant, and an ice sculpture of our logo... that doubled as a shot dispenser (yes, really). Our Bonn store acts as a love letter to Heinrich Geissler — the glassblower and physicist who invented the geissler tube in 1857. This device was a precursor to the neon light, which we feature in every store. Subtle glass blowing shapes float on the walls in reference to the geissler tube’s distinctive form. Dieses Gerät war ein Vorläufer der Neonbeleuchtung, die in all unseren Stores zu finden ist. Subtile Glasbläserformen schweben an den Wänden und erinnern an die markante Form der Geißlerröhre.
