Hundreds of thousands of parts, 24/7 produced on EOS printers, cleaned with AM Solutions and vapor smoothed with AMT PostPro machines, have been automatically processed with the AM-Flow production line in Ede (Netherlands) over the last years. With her team of skilled industrial & 3D print engineers, Oceanz is digitizing her factory end-to-end. Making it one of the most modern and versatile 3D print facilities in the world. With the AM-Quality Inline added, Oceanz is now, even with her high daily volume, able to measure each and every part produced. 360 degrees full spherical, with an accuracy of 50 μm according to ISO 10360-13, in only 5 seconds per part. Ensuring compliancy with the capability to generate a full QA report for every part on the fly.
