Your collaboration and professionalism were recognized by the DEKRA auditor, who specifically highlighted our ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and adaptability. These efforts are paving the way for an even better Quality Management System. 🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: ● Only two very minor non-conformities were identified, reinforcing our dedication to continuous improvement. ● We’ve identified several valuable opportunities for further enhancement, which will be reviewed and implemented. ● Our #𝐈𝐒𝐎9001 and #𝐈𝐒𝐎14001 certifications will be renewed, reaffirming our commitment to quality and sustainability. Hugo joined AME on April 1st, 2024, to oversee manufacturing services. He takes over from Reinier Beltman and assumes overall responsibility for AME. Hugo brings extensive experience in building high-performing teams, managing P&L, and working in tech, manufacturing, start-up/turnaround, and growth roles. He has worked in supply chain management, including partnerships with EMS/ODM, and has contributed to the growth of businesses for Philips in several Asian countries. As part of this transition, Reinier will focus solely on his role as CEO of the Metis Group, where he will work on developing the Group’s companies (Variass, AME (Applied Micro Electronics), A1 Electronics Netherlands B.V.), improving cross-selling, leveraging synergies, and strengthening the "buy & build" strategy. As part of Narasimmavinay Narasimhakartheesan's Green Belt project, a major overhaul of critical offline test equipment has taken place —streamlining it using Six Sigma tools like MSA, Ishikawa diagrams, and control charts to guide our decisions. The result?
