Europe’s sustainability leadership is on the line 🇪🇺 Yesterday, the European Commission announced the Omnibus proposal–a rollback of corporate sustainability laws before they’ve even been fully implemented. If passed, these changes will: 🔴 Weaken corporate accountability by limiting due diligence to direct suppliers 🔴 Slash the number of companies required to report under the CSRD by over 80% 🔴 Undermine transparency, ESG investors' confidence and Europe’s Green Deal ambitions. This isn’t simplification. It’s dismantling years of progress. Businesses, investors and civil society: we must keep on demanding that policymakers uphold corporate accountability, transparency and meaningful impact management. Why? It's Recerthursday, and we're excited to celebrate the B Corp recertification of these 2 incredible companies 🙌 A company must score 80 out of a maximum 200 points to become B Corp certified. They have achieved scores of: ✨ Rubio Impact Ventures: Score of 94.5 (+4.3 point increase) ✨ Technord: Score of 110.6 (+28.1 point increase) Every 3 years a B Corp has to apply for recertification to ensure that the company continues to uphold the B Corp standards to its upmost capabilities.
