As part of BAAT Medical’s 25th anniversary, we would like to highlight our team that has brought us this far. Vittorio Ricca: Project Manager Since joining BAAT in 2022 as a Project Manager, I’ve had the opportunity to work with an incredibly supportive team. As an international employee, the relocation support from BAAT and the warm welcome from my colleagues made a big difference. I’m grateful for the flat organizational structure, which makes it easy to seek guidance and collaborate across all levels. Working on exciting projects is one of the highlights of being at BAAT. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by such knowledgeable colleagues who openly share their expertise and insights. Every day in the office is a chance to connect, learn, and grow alongside a fantastic team. Reflecting on 2023, I'm especially proud of the major milestones we achieved together. BAAT received 510(k) marketing approval for a device registered for U.S. projects, and we gained approval to start a clinical study on another project. These achievements represent the dedication and innovation of our team and our commitment to advancing medical technology. Looking forward to many more successes with this amazing team! As part of BAAT Medical’s 25th anniversary, we would like to highlight our team that has brought us this far. Archana Yadav: Human Resource Specialist Archana began her career at BAAT Medical in early 2023, marking the start of an exciting journey. She discovered the job position on Indeed, which led to a series of conversations and eventually her current role. Now, she is responsible for recruitment and HR. Initially, she felt nervous as it was her first job in the Netherlands and she had no experience with the Dutch language. However, this anxiety soon faded thanks to BAAT's open culture and supportive environment, where everyone is eager to help. Archana is learning Dutch, expanding her HR expertise, and gaining a wealth of knowledge in the process. In the meantime, Archana has professionalized the recruitment and onboarding processes. She appreciates the numerous opportunities to learn and grow. At BAAT, if you have an idea, you can bring it to the table, which allows her to learn about different parts of the organization. As BAAT continues to grow, so do her HR responsibilities. "What I love most about BAAT is the focus on everyone’s personal development," she says. Her goal is to further develop the HR department, and she sees many opportunities for the future. So far, she has thoroughly enjoyed her 40-hour work weeks at BAAT Medical.
