This project marks a crucial step in our ongoing commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable building solutions. Phase A is the first phase of the new-build project ‘View 2 - Porter House’ developed by The View of Rotterdam on the Katendrecht peninsula at the Rotterdam Rijnhaven. A multifunctional program will be realized in 2 phases, consisting of a striking 135-meter high residential tower with 262 modern apartments, complemented by office and retail space in the plinth of the tower. The project "Porter House" will redefine the Rotterdam skyline with its cutting-edge design and state-of-the-art construction techniques. We are proud to be part of this transformative journey and look forward to working closely with The View of Rotterdam to bring this vision to life.
